Delivery

The furniture manufacturer uses their own in house fleet of delivery teams which means that the service is much more reliable than using 3rd party delivery services. They will contact you to confirm any necessary details and will be on hand to deal with any issues.

Deliveries are between 3-10 working days depending on your location in the UK and size of order.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, the Channel Islands and London congestion zones are all not included within our free delivery service. Please contact us for a quotation as there maybe a slight increase.

Hassle Free Returns

We are sure you will love your product, however, If the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund (minus any return delivery charge) within the first 14 days from the date of order. Returns must be sent within the original packaging supplied and in resalable condition.

In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit, we will of course arrange collection or send out replacement parts for free.

The manufacturer provides a 1 year manufacturing guarantee against defects.
