Hassle Free Returns

We are sure you will love your product, however, If the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund within the first 14 days from the date of order. Returns must be sent within the original packaging supplied and in resalable condition.

Clean with a soft cloth using only water or a dishwashing detergent. You can also use window cleaner in the case of more stubborn stains.

Warranty - The manufacturer provides a full year warranty on all products. If there is something wrong with your item within 12 months of purchase, please contact our customer service team via Contact Us and describe the damage and supply photos.

Your claim will then be promptly considered and replacement parts will be sent. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections on real wood products.
