We are happy to be able to provide free express delivery on all products to all UK mainland postcodes.
Delivery times vary - some products can be delivered as soon as the following working day if your order is placed before 1 pm.

Cancelling your order Pre-Shipping
If you have changed your mind about your order prior to shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do everything within my power to cancel the delivery and offer you an exchange or refund.
Post-Shipping If your order has been shipped, I will contact you to discuss the quickest and easiest way to return the item once delivered. Items must be returned in a resalable condition with packaging.

I hope that you are elated with your purchase but if you need to make a return, my clear and simple Returns Policy makes the process straightforward.
To discuss a return of any of my next day delivery furniture, contact me via phone, live chat or email and I will get back straight back to you.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please make this clear on the delivery note when signing for your order - this will help speed up the returns process.
If you discover the product is damaged, or a part is missing, upon opening the package, let me know within two working days, providing photos of the damaged product/packaging. I will arrange for it to be replaced, or for a spare part to be sent out as soon as possible.
If you have changed your mind, simply call, email or live chat with us within 14 days of receipt and I will guide you through the returns process. You won’t be charged handling or restocking fees. In order to qualify for a refund minus any subsequent delivery costs, the product will need to be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
